The information and data which is provided within the registration and contact forms will be held on the computers and manual records of, and may be used by the ST Badminton Academy(Youth).

Official ST Badminton Academy(Youth) photographs may be requested to be taken of children on any of our games, training sessions and clinics, these pictures may be used, reproduced & published in ST Badminton Academy(Youth) publications with consent from the child’s parent(s) or legal guardian(s).



Media Policy


In accordance with the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, the ST Badminton Academy(Youth) requires consent to use personal information for purposes related and unrelated to our basketball programs.


In compliance with this act, the ST Badminton Academy(Youth) STBA requests and secures permission to use photographs/videos/names of individual players and groups of players in a variety of publications to promote the STBA. This could include newsletter, brochures, newspapers, magazines, reports, the STBA website, radio, videos or television. This also includes permission for your child to be photographed by the media (TV or newspaper) for events relating to STBA.


STBA does not distribute or share photos in their possession, from its website or allow the use of photographic or video images to be taken at its practices, games or events for commercial undertakings or advertising that are not endorsed and preapproved by the league’s Board of Directors.
